In the POS sieges of RMF and RISE I saw two hostiles. Both were POS gunners. Most of RISE either stayed docked or had already left.
In the fight against DR I've actually seen hostiles. They have fought. They're also pretty chill in local.
So, yeah, you RMF guys are worthless in 0.0. You can't fight, you can't fit ships (thanks for the bomb launcher though), and you sure as hell can't defend space. In conclusion: I hear Portal is a fun game. You should give it a go.
